Your refund application must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 10 April. Thereafter, your entry will automatically remain live for our Spring event in April 2021.
If only part of your pack is to be refunded, ticket values will be calculated at the shared cost amongst your pack. i.e. if a pack of 5 have paid £220 for 4 places at standard price of £55 and received a free place, then the individual ticket value is £44.
Refunds will go to the original payment cardholder only.
Each entry refund, incurs merchant fees totalling in the region of £14 plus 2.5% which will be deducted from the refund as per our terms and conditions, this can vary from individual bookings depending on the number of transactions.
Once the refund has been processed you will receive an email to confirm.
We will endeavour to complete the refunds as quickly as possible. Please do not email for progress on your refund before 17 April. We are a small team at Wolf Run HQ and additional emails progress chasing will only delay the process.
