Clif Bar - Winter Training Tip


A nutrition tip from our supplier CLIF Bar:

The 'Beast from the East'  has definitely set in with temperatures plummeting  - to make sure you warm up and get the nutrition you need after a session, take some hot carrot and lentil soup to training in a flask (any pulse/veg combo will do nicely). This
will give you carbs and protein for recovery and warm you up from the inside out. A great 3 in 1!
