Withdrawal Policy
I agree to accept the terms of Lionheart Events Limited’s withdrawal policy, which are that event entries are not transferable or refundable. This includes any Covid-19 related transfer/refund requests, such as a positive test or being required to isolate. Participants who have taken out booking insurance (offered in the entry process) can apply for a refund if the reason meets the criteria and refund policy of Booking Protect. Entries can be edited online up until 4 weeks prior to an event, thereafter amendment requests may incur admin charges. Run mementos given out on the day of the Wolf Run cannot be made available to entrants who do not attend the Run or who withdraw from the event.
Communication
Lionheart Events Limited uses email to communicate with its competitors. By entering this event, I agree to receive emails regarding this specific event. Lionheart Events Limited cannot be responsible if event information does not reach the intended recipient by email. Lionheart Events Limited can only be responsible for ensuring that emails are sent to the email address provided: it is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that emails from info@thewolfrun.com are not marked as spam (ideally by entering this email address into their address books).
Start Time
Lionheart Events Limited reserves the right to alter the start time of the event with as much notice to entrants as reasonably practicable. I agree that no refund in full or in part shall be made for any change in start time for an event provided the event takes place on the specified date of the event.
Run Format Alterations or Cancellations
Wolf Run – Event Cancellation Policy (Effective from 1st November 2025)
At Lionheart Events Limited, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. While we do everything possible to ensure every Wolf Run goes ahead as planned, there may be very rare occasions when circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, flooding, fire, or government restrictions) mean we need to cancel, postpone, or adjust the event to keep everyone safe.
If we do have to cancel, please note that refunds are not available, as most event costs are committed well in advance and therefore can’t be recovered. Like many independent events, this policy helps us ensure that the Wolf Run can continue to take place, both now and for years to come.
However, we always want you to enjoy the full Wolf Run experience you signed up for, so you will be offered a free transfer to any future event of your choice.
Any travel, accommodation, or additional expenses are the participant’s own responsibility, so we recommend making flexible bookings wherever possible.
By registering, you acknowledge and accept this policy, and we thank you for your understanding and support in helping us keep the Wolf Run community safe and alive.
Shirts
Please note that when registering within 8 weeks of the event we can not guarantee that you will receive a tech shirt in this event's design. When pre-ordered stock runs out you will be awarded a tech shirt with a different design. This is due to production deadlines we have to meet.
Photography
Lionheart Events Ltd has permission to use all photographs and/or any other record of runners’ participation in the Wolf Run for any legitimate purpose. Any and all likenesses of runners and spectators captured during the Wolf Run by the organiser, our photographers and the Wolf Run staff shall become the sole property of the Lionheart Events Ltd and can be used offline and online, including all social media channels, for the purposes of marketing and PR.
Final Decision
All decisions by Lionheart Events Limited, its employees and its agents are considered final. Accordingly, I agree to comply with all event rules and all instructions and guidelines given by Wolf Run crew, stewards, marshals, and safety personnel.
