Wolf Run has always been about more than just the course, but in 2027, we're making a whole weekend of it.
Friday
Pitch up, settle in under the stars and wake up right in the heart of Wolf Run.
Saturday
Run, explore the event village, then stay on into the evening for live music, great food, drinks and family entertainment.
Sunday
Wake up on site and cheer on the Juniors, or take on another challenge yourself.
Wild Weekend is open to runners, friends, family and spectators. You don't have to be running to camp with us. Everyone is welcome to book a pitch and make a weekend of it.
Bring your tent, campervan or caravan and make Wolf Run a properly wild weekend
Stay Friday: Finish work, head straight up to start your weekend early, and wake up on site, ready for your Saturday run. Stay Saturday: Enjoy the live music, food, drinks and evening atmosphere with no drive home. Or, if you’re running Sunday, come early for the entertainment and wake up right in the heart of the action. Stay both: Get the full Wild Weekend – two nights away, days outside, evenings under the stars and a whole weekend to run, explore, eat, drink and switch off.
And this isn’t your normal campsite. You’ll be camping on private land that isn’t normally open for camping, right at the heart of Wolf Run and truly out in the wild. No packed holiday park – just a temporary little Wolf Run community that exists for one weekend only.
Cross the finish line and don’t rush home.
Grab some food, get a drink and settle in for an afternoon of Wild Weekend fun.
Camping or not everyone is invited to this part so bring your friends and supporters to make an afternoon of it!
In the Event Village you’ll find:
Event village winds down at 8pm but the wild weekend dosen't finish for campers, who can head back to campsite for more food, drinks and an relaxing evening under the stars.
The Wild Weekend carries on…
Grab some dinner, soak up the atmosphere and settle in for an evening under the stars.
Expect:
Then crawl into your tent, get some sleep and wake up ready to do it all again.
Start Saturday and Sunday with breakfast and a hot drink at the campsite before heading into another day at Wolf Run.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick brekkie before an early start time, or taking it slow with a hot drink before heading over to enjoy the Event Village, we’ll have breakfast waiting.
Choose from fresh fruit, muffins, porridge and cereal bars, plus tea, coffee and other soft drinks, available at the campsite from 7am–9am on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Then you’re fed, caffeinated and ready for whatever the day brings!
Got a Junior Wolf running on Sunday? Camping as a family the night before is a great way to turn it into an unforgettable weekend.
Children not running in the juniors? Bring them anyway!
Let them cheer you on, then camp together on private land (that's rarely open for camping) and spend a night properly out in the wild.
There's plenty to keep younger Wolves entertained, and plenty for the rest of the family too. They can take on the mini Wolf course, tackle the mini monkey bars or have a go at the Hang Tough challenges in the event village. There are also fairground games, space to kick a ball around, food and drinks, exhibitors stalls, Wolf Run shop, plus pick and mix, ice creams and doughnuts for special treats.
Want to make your weekend considerably muddier?
Go Back-to-Back by taking on Wolf Run on both Saturday and Sunday o an event weekend.
Run the 5K or 10K on Saturday, camp with us Saturday night, then wake up and do it all again on Sunday.
Or turn it into a Family Back-to-Back – your run Saturday, then take on Junior Wolf together with your children Sunday.
Prefer one big challenge day? Tackle multiple laps and build your own challenge.
