Both the 10K and 5K routes deliver the full Wolf Run experience: thick woodland, natural water crossings and a carefully designed mix of natural and man-made obstacles that keep you engaged from start to finish.
Whether you take it on solo or with friends, remember, this is not a race, this is you vs. the wild.
The 10K is our most complete challenge, featuring 30+ obstacles set across some of the most striking terrain we use. Expect deeper water sections, a swim (with non-swimmer routes available) and extended trail running that tests endurance as well as strength.
The 10k is also the only distance where every runner is guaranteed a go on our famous 100 metre water slide, and the only event where you can earn the Wolf Run technical finisher shirt, uniquely designed for each event.
The 5K draws from the opening and closing sections of the 10K course, featuring a carefully selected mix of our most popular and thrilling obstacles. It may be shorter in distance, but it still demands determination, and every muddy stride earns you that Wolf Run medal at the finish line.

Over 15 years, the Wolf Run team has designed and built a distinctive collection of obstacles, working with experienced engineers to make sure every single one is solid, safe and genuinely challenging.
But what makes Wolf Run obstacles different is simple: we use the land and nature itself. A 100m slide built with a natural hillside. Nets strung through ancient woodland. Fallen trees turned into barriers. Lakes, streams and open countryside woven into every course.
Where we do build, we build properly with wood, rope, steel and natural materials only. No inflatables. No gimmicks. Just raw, wild terrain shaped into a full-body challenge that leaves you energised, muddy and buzzing.
